        Can't get through to speak to anyone, always end up speaking to someone in a call center, virtual receptionist type setup that never pass on messages or they're being ignored. Seem to be taking on clients and cases without knowing the full facts, quite suspicious, I would avoid at all costs.

        Absolute SCUM of the earth They have hired call centre companies to call people about accidents and then try to do the claim through their own firm of solicitors When I tried to cancel the claim they sent me a bill of over 2000 even though they had lied to get my information Have been reported to both the Legal Ombudsman and Solicitors Regulation Authority due to gross misconduct
