We used Harvey Roberts for the sale of mums house, unfortunately mum suffers from advanced dementia, and the family has Power of Attorney due to this, as mum is being looked after in a care home, we wanted to sell the house to enable us to invest the house sale money to help pay for mums care. We found the help advice and ownership absolutely first class, with regular communication and updates. Great service, friendly and prompt with all requests. Reasonable prices. They dealt with my rather convoluted purchase of a shared ownership property brilliantly. Nikki and Jennifer were ever so helpful all the way through the process. Oh and they let my 3 year old boy feed the fish in reception. Both me and my son would highly recommend Harvey Roberts!
