        After going through several phone calls to explain a situation that has left to be traumatised and greatly affected, I was promised and hold that the lawyer will get in touch with me and that they will call me, after reliving it going through the experiences which are very difficult for me. I have spoken to on the phone by a woman who said that he will get in touch with me, I followed up three times. I was told that I would be contacted by the lawyer add to no avail. I was not contacted by time was wasted and I had had to relive these experiences several times a secretary of the phone. Absolutely unprofessional and horrible treatment. For everybodys information this was at the end of 2021.

        I would most definitely recommend Farleys to anyone who is looking for a solicitor who will go above and beyond. From the start to the finish we was updated and informed throughout the whole process. Kelly and her team represented my family at my brothers inquest and provided us with an excellent service. They were very supportive every step of the way. David provided an excellent service keeping us up to date and always responsive when we had any queries. Mr bridge man the barrister was very professional and we are so thankful for all your hard work. Thank you Farleys and team I would highly recommend .

I must say, from my first telephone call & enquiry to Adil calling me back very promptly, & my appointment today, the whole experience was faultless Professional, welcoming & excellent customer service from Adil in a lovely bright & modern office centrally located in Manchester I cannot fault my experience at all
