        This is my second review for Paul Rooney liverpool, I am still waiting for my claim to be settled 28 months later in what was a straightforward case were as the company at fault admitted liabilty very early into my claim, Although i received my very first offer in part some 6 weeks ago which i rejected, im left again feeling frustrated at the length of time Rooneys take in dealing with matters, Even at this late stage my loss of earnings has not been decided on, i feel i get very little communication with the solicitors who i would have thought were acting on my behalf, I realise matters can take some time but this is not good service by any means, i dread to imagine when i will finally recieve what is due to me..
