        I was recently taking out a Personal Injury claim which I was profusely told time and time again on the phone would not effect my friends insurance premiums. I was told that this was a case against the insurance company itself and not the actual driver of the car. I get a call from the driver today saying that apparently the claim is against the driver herself and that i have basically been lied to the entire time. These lawyers have directly lied to their client for their own personal gain. Very unprofessional.

        I received a call out of the blue to make a claim for my solar panels.
