        Was sucked in to this lot whilst still suffering trauma and distress from my accident. Told I needed an insurance policy to cover me in case my claim failed. Why not make a charge in the first place instead of offering 'no win no fee'. A complete waste of time. Only had one email from my 'stage one team' and that was to tell me I needed to take out the insurance. Eventually I was informed my claim had failed. Seems to me it's a scam - Stay clear

        One of the worst companies I have ever had the misfortune to come across. Minimal effort put into dealing with a case, lack of timely updates and absolutely spineless by not even attempting to go to court because it might actually ruin your reputation. Avoid at all costs.
