All I will say is that if youre considering trusting them to handle something as important as your home, you have nothing to lose trying this test: Go on their website and pick any member of their legal team at random. Call up and request to speak with one. However far you get will tell you all you need to know about the level of service and communication you can expect from Birchall Blackburn.

Absolutely shocking service, they say they have 48h to reply to their emails but it was at least a week for them to reply simple questions. The phone was only answered on two occasions during the whole purchase process. However, to add to all this they have provided a lease that is out to date and failed to confirm all the details from the land registry. It took them 6 months to complete a leasehold property

Dissatisfied overall a lack of communication Changes to quotation after agreement. And failure to pick up on basic facts causing severe delays and emotional distress and extra cost.
