Poor customer service. I was a regular customer here for the last year using the driers every 2 weeks. Drying the same items I got to know how long/how much money it would cost to get them dry. Today I used a machine that kept breaking mid-cycle (displaying the message Lint access open). The attendant played about with it each time and got it going again but when the cycle was finished my laundry was nowhere near dry despite being on for the usual time. I requested a partial refund so that I could use another fully functional machine which I was denied and told that I would just need to put more money in. It was not a large load and has always dried within that time usually - this time being still nowhere near dry. I am very disappointed with this lack of service - especially considering the regularity of my attendance. I will therefore be finding another laundrette.
