Discarceful company provided 2 rounds of treatment then decided the medication I was taking was not suitable I had a scar to my shin which they denied doing even after i told them I had burnt and they turned the heat down. I declared all mediation on consultation it was only because the 3rd time it was a different therapist and she told me no due to medication l eft me with patchy hair Service: Laser hair removal

I am so disgusted. I went in person & they refuse to schedule me in saying they are too busy & won't refund me. I've paid 699 for packages. They won't pick up calls or reply to my emails. Total scam!! Then they send me automatic emails to schedule an appointment for March saying I can pay and book?? What happened to the money I already paid? I have gone to the Police and this owner will get done for!

Lovely polite staff. Always been treated with respect. Never had any problems with treatments and extremely happy with results ( had laser hair removal). I always like to have my treatments with Leanne as she is so down to earth and friendly and a senior therapist.

Worst customer service ever and have too many clients to offer appointments too. This means you have treatment and then have to pay more as the gap between sessions is too long
