It's my fourth time in Europe and this had never happened to me before. I said to him that it's not nice to do that.
He was not even a native English speaker (I asked him) so it was really weird his attitude pointing out the mistakes in a rude way.
We really hope you will offer a better service in the future for other South Americans like us. We paid to have a good moment.
