The implementation of Clearfibers network is seriously flawed. One IP address for a residential building of 300+ units. Port forwarding is not possible, theres constant drops in service and speed, certain website just dont work (United utilities for example) and they cant get it to work no matter how many times you contact tech support. Hyper-optic is a significantly better service and the company seems to know what they are doing. Steer clear of clear fibre. I was with them two months and they couldnt get things working. I told them I was leaving given the terrible reliability of the network and they agreed. I guess it was easier to let a customer go than fix the issues.

No wifi for over a month , have called continuously, no one seems to be interested in sending an engineer or to resolve the issue! Wifi was only working in the living room when it did work , was no wifi in the other bedrooms! customer service has been appalling!

These are not my ISP, however they were installing cabling for their service & had to go through the community corridor ceilings (I live in an apartment). I have Virgin fibre installed & never had an issue , until today when these were outside my door installing their cables & done something to my cabling and box which knocked out my internet (I work from home). When I told them they said to shut the door and they would fix it - in other words they knew theyd been fiddling around and purposely tampered with my Virgin connection in order to blame Virgin and tempt me over to Clearfibre! That would be a resounding no! VirginMedia have been informed!
