Please for your own peace of mind, you need to avoid them like the plague. I used them for a year, but when the time came for renewal I chose to shop around as is my right and I needed multi insurance for motor and content. I have been asking for my No Claims discount for the past 2 and half weeks now. I asked for it to be sent to my email and was told they had done that but I never received it. I gave 3 different emails, still nothing. I asked for it to be sent by post to my home address. I am still waiting for it to arrive. I have made several calls in now, none of which I will get compensated for or got a result for. They need to do better. I sure will not be using them again.

Worst company ever im with young drivers insurance And i can say had nothing but issues with them the black box they supply are nothing but rubbish and when they brake the expect you to pay 50 for new one we have had 3 black boxes sent out since passing my test and i have only been insured for 5 months with them its nothing but a joke. the black box sits in your front window and you have to charge every now and then but they never charge properly so when the insurance company see that its flat they send you text saying your policy is gonna be cancelled yet its always down to faulty black boxes if any young driver is olaning on using theses for insurance stay away at all costs

Premiums start low and then dramatically ramp up. Same with many insurers. Renewal letter tells you to cancel via phone or email but email options non-existent. Poor practice making it difficult for the customer. Just leaves a bad taste and will avoid in future.
