Submitted an enquiry after business hours on a Thursday, was called first thing Friday morning to sort out my insurance needs. All information was clear and informative. Accurate timescales given with when I would be contacted again. Very refreshing to deal with professionals! Highly recommend, they sorted out my unique insurance in a very short amount of time.

Having felt a bit unloved by my domestic building and contents insurer who wouldnt give any cover of our property whilst our extension was being built I spoke to Hine who were able to secure cover of the building, contents and work in progress within 4 days of a full information base which accommodates my various modifications to their original proposal. This was after 10 days of struggling with online quotes and call agents who didnt ask the right questions , didnt call back or supplied quotes with inappropriate endorsements.
