Quadra Claims Services

I put a claim in with my insurers LV recently for a damaged down pipe and drain. LV appointed Quadra as loss adjusters and I was visited by loss adjuster Sally Steadman who then appointed a drains company Auger to carry out the work. Quadra were very professional and helpful and Sally explained everything clearly. A CCTV report was carried out on the drain and a detailed report given, I was always kept updated. Auger were approved to carry out the repairs. The whole claim was handled swiftly and I am really pleased with the repair work and the fact that the repair was carried out externally with minimal disruption.

Dont like leaving bad reviews specially only one star, however, just had six months of sheer stress in hell.

Its taken them nearly eleven months and the work is still not finished, Unfortunately they are L/V,s choice, the service is rubbish. don,t even answer my mail any more.

If I could give a 0 I would this company has to be the worse I've ever dealt with A small claim was a major drama to this lot taking 6 weeks to decide weather to grant a payout Straight forward claim that would take most insurance companies 48 hours to resolve No communication until it got a stage where legal advice was being sought Absolutely useless
