        I purchased ticket insurance for a Limp Bizkit concert in Prague pre Covid which for 3 years ago, The event has been moved twice during which time my personal circumstances have changed meaning i couldn't attend the concert, both Ticketmaster and Allianz made it very difficult for me to get a refund, both companies just passing the Buck to each other telling me it's the other company's responsibility leaving me to wonder why the hell did i even bother purchasing ticket insurance when in this instance it apparently didn't cover me, i ended up selling the tickets and getting my money back no thanks to these two reprehensable companies. Very unhappy with my experience.
