Waste of space tried put in a claim nearly 2 weeks ago and phoned them again and still not got back to me.

Refused to pay out a valid claim for pothole damage. Won't reply to emails. Small claims court is the only solution when dealing with these swindlers and fraudsters. Edit - They suddenly decided to pay up when I put in a FOI request with the local council. They made a pathetic excuse that made no coherent sense. Original statement still stands however.
