      • Andrew Stratton

        Signed a 3 year fixed rate deal in Sept 2021 at 18.5p per unit. Contacted in us in December 2022 to say that they had forgotten to secure our contract properly with their supplier so we now have to pay current market rated of 55p per unit. They are simply ignoring the legally binding contract they signed and trying to bully us into paying more despite it being their negligence that led to this situation. Currently taking legal action against this company.

        Pretty good , we had a problem they stepped up and sorted it and showed they listen and do care. Im staying with them for another year and half or maybe longer.. well done d-Energi
