Asked for someone to come and service my shutters. Sent photos as requested. Guy called Mark said that we require a new curtain (we didn't actually need one). He was curt and accusative on email and stopped communicating. If you don't want a job, just say so rather than annoy a genuine customer (with 5 others shutters that all need a service)

We had Westwood Shutters come out to us to quote on new remote shutters at our premises. The quote was reasonable and the guys were polite, professional and did what they said they would do and when they said they would do it. It caused minimum stress to me and my business - Great guys

I recently had retractable gates installed on my patio doors. A very positive experience from beginning to end.

(-5 stars) I have honestly never dealt with a worse company, the receptionist was rude for a start. The fire curtain which they installed jammed, so i called them up to come and unjam the curtain. They said they couldnt do anything for a month, i informed them its a fire risk... but they didnt seem to care and didnt seem bothered about me going to a different company to fix their fire curtain. So if you want a fire curtain go to Coopers, they said they can come the next day to fix it. Westwood security shutters ltd may sell you fire curtains but dont ever expect to see them again. You have been warned, very bad customer support, rude receptionist and no concern about keeping their customers happy. I assume all the positive reviews are for the intallation, im sure years later their reviews will change.
