It's there Consistency with the food ie. They don't mess about with their ingredients with every dish so you know exactly what your getting every time, unlike loads of other take aways within 6-7 miles from here that f..k about with there food..
Furthermore the staff will always accommodate to your needs of personalising your dish without any attitude,, unlike the others that will look at you as if its a f...ing nightmare to do it and look at you with utter contempt for asking and still they f..k it up..
Last but not least, the delivery drivers are always polite and on time with hot food and take on board any issues with anything and report it back to the chefs etc no matter how small it is which again reflects to the consistency and standards that they uphold.
