Chennai Meals

They sell under the name of Tiffin Box on Uber eats. I ordered butter chicken masala, chapati, gulab jamun and most unfortunately some pulav/pilau rice! I eat rice on a daily basis and just wanted some with my curry. The chapati was not the best but not the worst. The curry was okay, but the riceas soon as i opened the container, I could instantly tell the rice was off. Dreadful rotten smell! I ate a few grains just to be sure and it was the biggest mistake. I threw up all the food due to this nasty rice. Whether people like the food or not is everyones taste to an extent but pls do not send stale food. Customers are trusting you when placing an order, please please respect that! I came to Manchester only for a day and was in a good mood to get some nice Indian food as it is not easily available in my area, what a dreadful experience this has been.

I came here a few times while working nearby for a couple of months and made a different order each time. The Dosa meal in the evening at 5 is very good value while the Lamb Kulambu is also very good. Everything is freshly cooked in front of you and you can eat in as well. Service is friendly Don't be put off by the tatty look of the place, it is well worth a visit
