We were at Black Milk today. It was such a great experience! The waiter was so helpful and took his time to explain us everything (as it was our first time at Black Milk). The shake and the cake were delicious. I definitely recommend!

Insane shakes! A little over the top with the sauce being poured on the outside of the bottle, makes it a little too messy to eat. That said, the shake itself was great. Really well stacked with flavour and tons of cream. A healthy portion of calories! A special shout out to the hard working ladies working their socks off and keeping the joint running so smoothly. Always happy and positive. A real asset.

Waited so so long to have an opportunity to drive to Manchester and visit here. Honestly did not disappoint, the pancakes were everything I'd hoped and more. Lovely staff who were helpful when asked for advice. Added bonus the coffee was also banging!

Update: Just wanted to provide an update that the manager at this establishment provided me and my friends a refund for our food and treated us with great respect and showed humility and honesty for what happened. I can't comment on the food because we had it when it was an off day but Andy was brilliant in his response to us and wanted to reflect that in this review. Fair play to the management here and best of luck in the future. Unfortunately had a very bad experience. Ordered pancakes and it took an extremely long time for them to arrive. The shop was very quiet so not sure why it so was so long. When the pancakes arrived they tasted terrible. Probably never had worse pancakes to be honest. They were dusty, felt both under and over cooked and tasted foul in general. I love my food and I couldn't finish them and neither could my friends. Added to this the two staff members seemed to be at odds and were bickering openly and it creates a tense atmosphere. Definitely wouldn't recommend.
