Becky at River HR has helped me tremendously in setting up my HR policies and ensuring my business set up contracts of employment etc correctly for my new members of staff. They even helped me set up and conduct all my interviews for my new staff. I felt like this was going to be an enormous task for me and felt over whelmed but after the first conversation with River HR I knew I was working with the right people ..who know their stuff when it comes to HR . We outsourced River HR on numerous occasions and I would personally like to thank Rebecca for her clear and concise advise in regards to the guidance given for all our staff issues arisen over the last year. We have since taken out a contract with River HR for ongoing help with our staff and the ever changing covid related problems. The cost is very competitive but more importantly the advice and help has saved us a lot of headaches. I would 100% recommend this business for the professionalism and constructive advise.
