I posted this review in the heat of the moment around 4pm, and came back this evening to amend it. I was going to add that 500 was quoted by 1 other business, and I had another 2 quotes which were 2-300 and an hourly rate of 75 with the task taking 3 hours. I was going to tone back my language and amend my rating as I didn't feel it fair to judge based on a 10 minute conversation. I also wanted to be honest about the fact that price wasn't horrendously uncompetative, but definitely one of the highest. Given the reply I've had I'm unfortunately going to have to stick with the words condescending and patronising! I'm not sure what challenges around clarity means as I didn't have issues with any other quotes I recieved, but I'm sure this business would love to tell me. Original review - "Terrible phone manner, spoke to Michael and came across as surly, rude and condescending. I said the rate was out of my budget. He responded with a take it or leave it attitude. Decided to take my money elsewhere."
