It's a large sheltered housing project, opposite Heaton park on bury old road, it has good disabled access, and lifts to all floors, their are studio as well as one bedroom apartments, also included on site are communal lounges, and laundry/washrooms, it has recently had a refurbishment to a good standard, it has a good community feel to the place, with a manager on site, alarm pulls In each flat, and good alround security with cctv, it also has a communal garden with seating.
