        If I could post zero stars I would. 3 months to request information required for my mortgage application and still churning out other names to contact. Oh they never answer the phone either. The worst company i have ever had to deal with. And no I'm not exaggerating!

        I have called three times this week from my office phone and the line has cut off on each call, meaning I have got to constantly call back. I have also requested a call back but not heard anything. In saying this, i have called for a 4th time today and spoke to a woman called Anne Marie - very helpful and polite, brought your review up to a 3 star (would have been a 5 for Anne !)
