Seeking legal advise absolute joke I think its a very discriminative place , I suffer with stress disorders anxiety and Im not socially active so I dont really like communicating with people , I really think they didnt like that I stated to them I didnt wanna stay their from the start the flats are outdated needs refurnishing their charging nearly 200 a week to stay their which in my eyes is completely wrong. Im very close with my family, their have been times Ive brought my mother and sister to the foyer and theyve been turned away for not having ID not only have I had a bad experience at the foyer my dear uncle passed away I became very upset and unsettled the main reason we chose the foyer is because its titled supported accommodation, then they tried to Kick me out not so long after he passed through out the years I stayed their they tried removing me more times I can count on one finger for reasons such as not handing my key in to the front desk and going out the back door I think the rules are a joke half of the people who live their are over 16 and should be able to choose these things . I dont think the staff are approachable to speak to if your upset or depressed because they have so much control over the residents in the foyer , for example the rules , we dont get a say in anything , because if we did the flats would of been refurnished 9 years ago Ive had problems with fridges defrosting all my food and not getting money back for the food that had gone to waste , with cloudy water taps so the water isnt always clean . Ive taking videos of everything Ive had problems with and another thing if a wall is damp and is changing colour its a cause of concern for not just Barry the maintenance man in the foyer but concern for CQC. Thanks now William Mason Hurst

This place did something wrong for me and they made me very upset. I am now 18 years and I don't have a place to live and my English is not very well, they invited me to an interview and I went to the interview to live in that place but they accused me of saying I didn't want to live in Manchester foyer but I swear I didn't saying that. I don't know what to do now and I don't know why they did this to me
