This listing is incorrect. This is a residential home owned or managed by Adactus Housing association. The Adactus office is in Miles Platting on Oldham road not in Chorlton as mentioned in this business listing. Adactus Housing also go by the name of Jigsaw homes just to make matters more confusing for you. I hope the tenants who occupy this building are having a better experience than many of us that don't live in Miles Platting or new builds because in my personal experience they have been terrible landlords.They don't care much for there older houses and repairs can take months or years to be carried out. It's absolutely exhausting and dispiriting dealing with them.
