It is dirty which is very unusual for any big hotel. Any normal hotel at least provides wifi with stay. But have to pay extra to use that in here which is disappointing. The only good thing is the location. at that hotel only for a night but the room was very uncomfortable. The heating was constantly on and couldn't off. If you thinking to stay here DONT (especially If you are a girl) unless you can handle staff treat you bad and they absolutely dont deserve the 3-star! Where should I start? When we first check in the room was a mess even the drawers was wide open. There is no lights other then the side bed lamps. And the shower you cant figure out how to turn it on. The wall literally gonna fall on you, they have this policy where you cant bring guests even if you are willing to pay extra. The price is high compared to the guilty of the service and the place. There was a 2 drunk guys how followed me in the hotel and made me uncomfortable.

Britannia is THE WORST HOTEL we have ever stayed in! Free Wi-Fi yet forced to pay a private company for internet access, no room service for 4 days, constant fire alarms being triggered, people banging on our doors and my personal favourite showers with a death wrap shower curtain that seals itself to your whole body STAY AWAY
