Booked a room here originally for 2 nights for 1 person and a few pets from 26th March as council was doing some works on my home. Great place to stay and lots of space to bring pets if you have no other choice (pet fees apply on top of room booking price). Due to some complications with the council I had to extend by 1 night so 3 nights booked, the team was polite and helpful and let me extend the extra night on such short notice. Receptionists were helpful and polite while I payed for the extra night and while I was bringing the animals back down to leave. The apartment was perfect for what I needed it for and had everything for the utilities, kitchen, bedroom etc. Would defiantly recommend for both short term and long term stays, right in the middle of the city centre, a street away from the Arndale, Tesco next door and a little food market on the corner. Easy to get to/find by taxi, car or public transport. The hotel is safe to be in due to the double security doors at the front and another after reception desk and the lifts wont work unless a room key is scanned. so only staff/visitors can access the building.

The location is great close to Manchester Arndale shopping center, Market Street tram station, and eateries at Northern Quarter. Room is big and spacious, the down side is the whole unit is too big and not heated well. We felt cold in the unit as only the heater in the living hall is working.
