Updated review 15th March 2023. Harrison and Sam were brilliant tonight and my room is spotless. I've become a regular at the hotel and always feel like a guest and not a number. ---------- Richard and his staff were ace throughout our stay. The room was waaay bigger than I expected and well designed. Came with all the amenities. Just be aware that this place is near a busy area, so it might not be ideal for light sleepers. That said I slept super well during my stay. Night staff were a friendly duo who get a special mention as it's easy to overlook these guys as the B Team, but in Leven's case they were . Made me some decent hot drinks at gone midnight and engaged in decent conversation. My only room for improvement comment: if you can double glaze the windows to reduce noise. It's a large investment but it would be well worth it. Would stay again.

This place was fantastic to stay in, felt homely yet upmarket. We stayed in a suite, which had a lush walk in shower and separate bath. The sofa and dining area was comfy enough, ideal for a couple. The service and staff were great. One fairly big downside for us was a lot of street noise (weekend stay) so we didn't sleep well one the first night with a busy day ahead of us. Second night was quieter and slept fine. They do provide ear plugs to help. We were worried this was going to dampen our weekend but it didn't and we still enjoyed our stay. Walkability: About 10-15 minutes from central Manchester, plenty to do within that distance and ample of restaurants
