        Great experience for us. Easy check-in and welcome, with helpful staff. The apartment had everything we needed and a comfortable bed. Breakfast was good value and very decent. Location and general Vibe was spot on.

        Cleaniness needs to be improved. There was a empty chip bag left under the sofa which was also stained. Cleaniness is the most important thing for a hotel room after all. Everything else was fine.

        THE WORST HOTEL & MANAGEMENT AVOID We had staff stay here for a business trip. During their stay a water pipe broke and their WHOLE room got flooded. Literally water was everywhere- in the suitcases, the bed - EVERYWHERE. The night shift management did nothing. They had not been offered a new room to stay in only after specifically asking for it. Further the Night Shift Manager did not even bother to look at what happened again only after specifically asking for it he came to have a look. Total incompetency. During the flooding multiple things including clothes and makeup for next days shoot got seriously damaged. Further our employees had only three hours of sleep ruining the next working day which has been planned for months. Native did NOT compensate anything apart from 60 for the dry cleaning and the free room (which couldnt be used). No proper apology, no compensation - NOTHING. This management is disgrace and please dont give them your money. I have never in my life experienceD such rude communication and utter incompetence.
