I am booked in for my treatments next week and they closed down. Taking my money that I have paid for. 2 hours worth of treatments, completely gone. No refund what so ever! They clearly knew they were closing and chose to take my money for the treatments. Can not even contact them!

Came here with my sister for a deep tissue massage and we were both left really really disappointed. Ended up with severe pain and bruising; I've had deep tissue massages previously and so knew what to expect post op but this was not normal. The therapists were poorly trained and customer service lacking. Would not return and certainly would not recommend.

Have always loved this spa and been there quite often, especially during pregnancy. Every time the therapist asks if theres anything particular I would like and they try their best to make me comfortable. Now that I am in London, I am looking for a place similar but cant find any yet! Hopefully Bali health can open a branch there too soon!

Professional set up and lovely waiting area with well thought out decor. I was offered a tea menu on arrival which was an excellent touch! For the average person I think this is the perfect place to have a massage but if youre an athlete I would give it a miss. I had a very underwhelming deep tissue massage here which wasnt even as strong as a Swedish massage at times. It was also supposed to be full body but parts of my body were missed such as the glutes. Which are the densest/largest muscle group in the body. At times I felt like I was just being stroked and at no point were my knots worked out. It felt like there was no methodology behind the madness and like the masseuse wasnt qualified to deliver a deep tissue massage. Afterwards they said I can only do so much which I understand but for me it felt like a real lack of effort not just expertise on their part. Im a fair person but if youre not even trying to deliver the service advertised I left feeling very disappointed. Id competed in a Jiu Jitsu comp the day before and needed something much more intense. I wont be going here again unfortunately. A real shame because in terms of presentation its one of the better massage parlours Ive been to.
