I rang on a Sunday morning to enquire whether something I ordered online had arrived. I hadn't realised they don't open till 11:00 AM on Sundays and it was only 9:30 AM. Very bad shop because yesterday I bought one Remmel but when I come home it was empty I think is for long year and dried I went in shops and Change but the same and I tell I want change with another company but they dont accept and not help me so when if there very carefully because the the staff not friendly.
