Jo is amazing, always manages to give you a very flattering haircut no matter what state your hair is in. I moved 5 years ago, and now suck up the travel distance after trying lots of other hairdressers.

Jade has cut my hair for a number of years now. The quality of the cut and the styling was excellent, as it always is. Jade is polite and easy to talk to and the salon itself was again very clean and friendly.

Really disappointed. I came for my appointment for cut and colour on 4 March. I was fairly specific about what I was looking for (was happy with the existing colour but wanted it brightening up. I brought a picture to provide a guide of the contrast I was looking for). Id also had a consultation a week earlier where we had talked about flashes and lightening up around the face (I was made to pay a 40 deposit at the consultation which I did without a quibble). In terms of cut my hair was really long and had some layers, I explained I wanted a good few inches (around 4) taking off but pointed out the exact length by referring to one of the layers as the shortest length I wanted. Unfortunately Ive ended up with neither of these. Instead of the four inches I asked for taken off I had about 10 leaving me with a cut just a little longer than a bob (awful when you are used to having long hair) and whilst the colour is not bad it is just not at all what I asked for and is a lot darker with no flashes or brightening up. This was my first appointment six months after having a baby so I was obviously quite excited but really feel as if I wasnt listened to and Im quite gutted at what Ive ended up with. Whilst it might be that the hairdresser thought Id suit something different etc than I what I asked for I was specific and it is my call to decide what I have. It was also 180 which was very expensive considering neither cut not colour is what I had asked for. Services: Hairstyling, Hair coloring
