        Been here 3 times and I'm never satisfied with the haircut result. The last time was in December 2021 she said that I HAD to pick between having a fringe or not. Listen, I don't know much about haircutting theory but surely there's a way around that. I was thinking of having like a short mullet with long bangs and yet...? Either way, I'm never coming back here again. Also, I threaded my eyebrows and upper lip hair for the first time here. Usually I pluck them myself. My upper lip wasn't fully clean :/

        I've used madiha about 5 times so far. I've found her brilliant! She's reasonable, professional and polite. Customer service is ace! I went a few wks ago for a full head colour. I went back home and I realised that the color had not appeared on parts of my hair. I went back and she offered me another appointment to rectify the problem. Instead of doing a touch up, she did my full head again for free and I left her Salon as one very satisfied customer mashallah! Highly recommend Madiha. Service: Hair coloring
