Lauren did my hair today, restyled, did roots and some foils. I was very anxious going for my first time, but she made me feel at ease & did a gt job. Both Aveen & Victoria were absolutely lovely too. I will definitely be going back . Services: Hairstyling, Hair coloring

I am feeling quite hurt by my experience with this salon. I booked a childrens haircut for 11am via Treatwell and even prepaid. When I turned up I was rudely told that the staff were busy and would not have time for several hours despite seeing that I had a prebooked and prepaid appointment. They were not apologetic about it or kind, they were very rude and made me feel like I had done something wrong for booking an appointment with them and coming at the agreed time. On top of this they looked at my perfectly calm 1 year old toddler and rudely said they wouldnt even do his hair as they are scared. This was supposed to be my sons first haircut and I had really looked forward to this very special occasion. I felt very hurt and disappointed but luckily Ego barber on the same street happily welcomed us and had no issues cutting my sons hair. I do not recommend Company Hair Studio Manchester to anyone, especially not via Treatwell as they do not honour the appointments. This experience left a very bitter taste in my mouth which is sad as a babys first haircut is such a special occasion but thanks God the other barber was professional and gave us a good experience. AVOID.
