Brandon May Hair

More than a hairdressers! All stylists are incredibly skilled and so informative- I always feel welcomed and very excited for appointments. Brandon May are so helpful with consultations and work professionally and are friendly. I always leave with my confidence up! I also have curly hair and each experience I have had in the salon has left me with exactly what I wanted and there was no need to find a curl specialist salon. Stylists really listen and leave me happy and extremely excited to return! Cannot recommend enough (I try to)! Entirely pleasant experience. The salon applies an excessive charge for re-scheduling and missed appointments. I had to miss the original appointment due to an emergency and agreed that it was fair to pay the 15 fee. I was asked to reschedule and the appointment was arranged for three days later. I was though later asked to attend a meeting at work at the same time of the appointment. I contacted Brandon May immediately to ask for a rescheduling, not a cancellation, and they deducted again a fee of 15. This is despite the fact that I had not missed any appointment in the past and that it would be very unlikely given the timeframe for someone else to use that slot. It's important for clients to bear these issues in mind when booking with the salon. If I had known this, I would have chosen a different salon.

The absolute best hair stylists I've ever been too. Not only is the service incredible, the team who work there are so personable, welcoming and knowledgeable. I cannot reccomend them enough! My hair has never been in a better condition (it's still bleached, toned and coloured!). Rachel is the stylist I use and her advice has always been spot on. I have and will continue to reccomend Brandon May and any of the team there! I've had so much fun with my hair for the past three years and it's the first time my hair has felt like 'me'.
