        Fantastic little gym. Welcoming and inclusive environment. Gym is small, friendly and affordable - what is not to love. Instructors are extremely supportive and members all encourage one another.

        Super friendly, supportive gym. Love going for the classes. Spin and Box Fit are my favourites. Sarah is very welcoming, chatty and beginner friendly. Saba is really good at pushing everyone to what is hard for them. FitSteps with Racheal is a really fun dance fitness class where it doesn't feel like exercise. Also recommend Strengthen Up with Helen for low weight, very focused conditioning.
