        Excellent no nonsense gym with highly encouraging and super friendly staff. They really want to get to know you, to know your name, it's hugely welcoming. Decent amount of resistance machines, and free weights. Has everything you need for a workout. Steam room is offered all the time. Considering what you pay, whether for a drop in, weekly, monthly or annual, it's very good value for money
