        A great gym for all abilities! The staff and other members are all very friendly and welcoming. Clean and modern with amazing facilities. Been going for a few months now and have seen great progress. Free (optional) health checks are also good if you want to have some data to back up your gym efforts. Would recommend the trial week promotions they have every now and again.

        Ive been a member at Hero for two years and I absolutely love it. The studios are amazing, theres a really wide variety of classes so Ive tried so many new things since joining, and the coaches are creative in how they program their classes, they encourage and challenge you and are genuinely invested in seeing you progress. Its also such a nice community! A happy place for me and so many others :)
