        I have recently joined Blok Manchester and I absolutley love it. The front of house staff are amazing and so friendly. They make you feel really welcome. The instructors are great and also help you to feel welcome. They are highly skilled and deliver such enjoyable classes.

        Ive been coming to Blok for a few months! The facilities are slick and stylish, but more importantly the instructors are ace. Liams boxing class and Leos Breathwork are my favourites. Liam makes the classes fun, intense and he has perfect technique to show you. Leos breathwork class has quite literally been mind-blowing for me his warm and welcoming nature accompanied with sublime music selection allows you to fully relax into another space
