Loads of equipment but alot of which is falling apart, taped up, wearing away. They re-upholstered and changed the front door but aside from this, no other upgrades and refurbishments haven taken place in the way they described and it's cold therefore no good to work out in. Rejected their recent rejoining offer. Wouldn't be surprised if this place kept getting sold on. Definitely have the right gym.

I would recommend this gym to anybody who is looking for a great place to train. Its open 24/7, has a wide range of training equipment, very clean toilets and changing facilities, great location, vending machines for snacks and power drinks and a very friendly and helpful staff.
