        Ive been with F45 MNQ for almost a month now. Before joining, Id only ever had solo experience in gyms (with very minimal results) so the idea of group workouts was a little daunting. Turns out I totally love them!! F45 makes all the workouts so engaging, tough and very fun! They help you find your limit and operate at it in every session. I leave the gym sweating everyday but always feel accomplished (a stark contrast to when I solo-gymed). The owners are absolutely amazing! Both very knowledgeable, very friendly and make you feel welcome from day 1. Theres a real sense of genuine community which isnt found in other places. Theyve also build an amazing team of trainers/coaches who all make an effort to get to know you and push you in every session. Not a bad word to say, Im very happy at F45 MNQ and wont be leaving anytime soon.
