        I'm writing to express my satisfaction with the treatment I received on Friday the 10th, from the staff at this Job Center. I met with Neda, a disability employment advisor, who was both professional and friendly. She took the time to hear about my needs, felt sympathy for my struggles, and helped in any way she could. I'm thankful for our first appointment since it was the first time in a long time that I felt heard or validated. She actually listened to me, offered me great advice, and provided some encouragement. I'm beginning to feel like my complicated needs are being supported, which has a profound impact into how I feel about myself and helps me stop feeling hopeless and helpless in certain ways. Thank you, Neda.
