I have been calling since 8: 00 a.m. last Tuesday, waiting in line for the 41. After waiting for half an hour, I got disconnected and had to call again and queued 30.

Ordered to go lime Square by police to get help with mental illness I had a mental breakdown called didn't get mental help I got a call from the be well centre not mental health center iv been at lime Square since 7 February not a single health check or care to do so it's April now the only hope I have is an appointment with greater Manchester mental health on the 27 April can't get medication can't get an appointment to see a doctor I'm going to try one more time with you and that is it

Fantastic support, medical guidance and thorough checks and offer to follow up via telephone consultation by Dr Muhammad Subhani. Also reception Tia so polite professional and observant. Lady that took my blood tests Carys was kind, quick yet calming, very skilled and made me feel at ease. Amazing team all round. Thankyou

All round very poor, will not give specific time appointments, they dont care if you are available or not at that time and can never get face to face appointments. Look for other GP practices if you can.

Never felt so disappointed in all my life about seeing a doctor!!!! Didnt even be asked to sit down in the room, stood up and asked what are you here about. What a waste of time. Shocking I have no words, I am embarrassed and felt like I didnt even matter and I was troubling them with my presence. I wouldnt mind this is not even my doctors I got sent there for an appointment. Is this what the system has become. Stop the world I want to get off.
