We visited the clinic in Manchester as tourists and were welcomed by Dr. Ravi. A very professional and considerate doctor, thoroughly examined my wife as she had a severe sore throat and incessant cough. The doctor gave a suitable medicine. We made an appointment in advance on the clinic's website and were immediately accepted. Price of treatment without medication 75 pounds.

Excellent service from start to finish. The receptionist was very friendly and welcoming, offered a refreshment on arrival and the doctor really took his time to understand my issue. Also able to see appointment availability online and book your slot for yourself. There are plenty of appointments so no need to wait even one day for one, immediate service. Highly recommend.

Poor service, would not recommend. I Had a scan here about 3 months ago and I feel a little conned. The radiologists report wasn't very detailed so my consultant wrote asking for a more detailed report. The radiologist refused unless I paid more money for him to answer the questions, I'm now held to ransom to pay this so that my consultant can move my treatment on. Not nice when you are trying to recover from an injury, to have your recovery stalled while some tries to make a couple of extra quid.

I had three PRP injections for hip arthiritis here in September . These injections only made my condition worse and the cost was extortionate. I was told by the consultant they would be in touch to see if the injections were successful , adding that its not just about taking your money. I'm Still waiting to hear anything . I give up as my pain was that bad that I've recently had a full hip replacement as I could no longer walk more than 100 yards . I really regret coming here as it only made matters worse and left me out of pocket.
