The Alexandra Practice -- NHS GP Surgery

Awful service, threatening vulnerable patients with removal if they raise concern about child appointment not given GPs are OK but staff coverup I was sent another patients private details, told them they argued and denied it, so raised with NHS as admin refused to listen. Nurse quite cold and unhelpful. Could not get appointment for child for three day, phoned up as form not working. Should be investigated as shady behaviour within.

My mother and father have been with this practice for years, they have always been treated with the utmost respect and professional.

Fantastic service. Online request sent in the morning, phoned by a GP at lunch time and face to face appointment made for a couple of days later. Couldnt ask for more from a GP!

Trying to make an appointment 3 times failed for my 12 year old daughter, can't make appointment over the phone, no option online to make an appointment, thought it would be easier to make an appointment as we live across the road, but no..... absolutely disgrace. The system needs to revert back. Its frustrating.
