Very pathetic surgery please dont register here. The online system Doctors dont even bothered to call u and ask the issue, customer service is the worst, so rude.

Worst general practice from 2019 up to now! They dont see any patients only through video call and through phone call, even for blood test they would send their patient to other practices. My son who is almost 5 couldnt even get his vaccins the practice should shut down!!

The majority of staff are rude, unhelpful and I believe are unaware of how to treat people with mental health problems. They say someone is going to ring and nobody does and don't communicate properly what's been done or what the plan is. Always feel dismissed or unheard when I have to come there which is why I avoid it as much as possible

I have given 1 less star for administration side or else the girls are lovely just they system when asking for repeat sicknote gets delayed to sort out and the repeat acute meds .or else Dr Suleiman Dr McClaire, are absolutely lovely GPS. they listen to what I have to say and very helpful .could not praise them enough for they hard work and always go the distance for us.appreciate the help ever so grateful. Thank you
