The worst GP appointment booking service ever... It says not to make appointments over the phone, only via the appointments form, and then the appointments form isn't there.

Even after registering for a GP, it taking them over 2 weeks to give me information about my registration. And when you send a follow up mail, they become defensive.

Its a great GP's....just hard to get an appointment through the phone-in system- would much rather use the on-line system that was in place through C19 time.....cant fault the staff here though, working hard with not enough resources for an inner city area......hats off to you...!!

My GP told me that I should go back to India for treatment every 6 months and not waste British tax payers money. I kept saying that I have national Insurance and he kept repeating how I shouldn't have come here if I knew I need regular checkups for my adenoma. I wasn't well at all and he made my visit very stressful for me. I felt more depressed than before I visited the clinic. I am not sure if he was being racist or does he even have a right to tell a sick person that. Utterly disappointed.

Willfully negligent. They've put in a lot of work to ensure that nobody can get through to them or get any medical assistance whatsoever. Phone is always engaged and the've removed the section on their website for requesting medical assistance. It's dreadful that such an awful practice exists, especially one that's clearly doing it on purpose.
