My mother has been a patient at this practise for years now. She has learning difficulties and suffers with mental health problems. She has had ADHD assessments and additional tests done to find out what her diagnosis was, she was told to hand in this paper work to the reception at the practise (before covid) they misplaced all these documents with all her initial assessments and results in there. Since then she has been on several different medications unsure of what it is actually tackling, she has gained weight due to the medication shes been given. Her doctors have given her numerous numbers to call to redo them assessments and figure out on her own what she has - which she is still on waiting lists for. She doesnt get a face to face review with her doctor regularly, only last year a mental health nurse rang her up, as it got extreme, however shes been suffering with severe mental health her entire life. Im 20 years old and struggle with my own mental health as I have been supporting my mother my entire life and have been on the other end of her episodes which she hasnt received the right/enough support for. Wouldnt recommend this practise especially if your suffering with mental health as it isnt as prioritised.

System is disorganised and careless; staff are inconsiderate and passive-aggressive. While waiting in the waiting room, I was amazed at how rude the receptionist was to patients - one person who clearly did not speak English as their first language tried repeatedly to ask for help, and the receptionist first ignored them and then snapped "What do you want from me?!". The appointments system is also shoddy beyond belief - vast majority of the requests I've made got completely ignored. Can't wait to move house so I can finally be in the catchment area of literally any other practice.

Honestly to say, I have had good experience and over the years good treatment from this GP. There have been ups and downs but then again which GP doesn't. I have had alot of good doctors leave but then alot was replaced also with good doctors. People who are leaving bad comments you should be happy there's a system in place even that's running, your living in a country that does its best at first come first serve imagine how many people like you and me that the GP has to deal with. I mean every individual is Important and their needs, some people just have to learn to be patient man seriously we are all human not machine or robots, jees give the GP a break and wait for your turn ! Or go somewhere else

Booked a call back from a Dr on a Friday got 2 calls both recordings saying the practice was closed on Saturday evening. Someones idea of a joke. There are other instances about prescriptions and being disconnected from the call. They only got 1 star because I couldnt leave the review otherwise.
